03 — Why it matters
Anyone can call themselves an electrician. NAPIT registration means Morgan Electrical is independently assessed against the wiring regulations, and can certify domestic work as compliant with Building Regulations Part P without a separate council inspection — the same sign-off a solicitor or buyer will ask to see.
In plain terms
Every notifiable job gets a proper certificate, not just a handshake. If you're selling, letting, or just want the paperwork right, that certificate is what you'll be asked for.
It also means regular assessment — NAPIT checks the standard of the work, not just the paperwork.
